1451 E 4th Street is located at the edge of the iconic 4th Street Bridge in Boyle Heights just down the street from Los Angeles's vibrant Art's District. Constructed in 1924 and expanded in 1956, it is a combination of one and two-story brick and concrete buildings totaling 45,000 sf. Originally owned by Taverner & Fricke Paper Co. until it was converted into creative offices.

371 S Anderson Street is a turn-key, fully-furnished, 9,342 sf concrete building at the foot of the 4th Street Bridge. Built in 1994, fully-renovated in 2020 and upgraded to an assembly-occupancy, truly flexible space for creative office, art, film production and special events.

Basecamp Parking is a secure option for production and overnight parking, talent holding, catering and production needs. Ideal on its own or coupled with our Courtyard or Studios spaces.

The Studio is a turn-key, fully-furnished, contemporary production and event space complete with kitchen, lounge areas, conference room, private offices and 7,900 SF of parking. The 3,700 sf production space has roll-up load-in access and 750 amp capacity. Perfect for pop-up events and private parties as well as photoshoots and film production, Bridge & Corner Studios can cater to a wide array of short-term rental needs.
